I am due at Tribunal next week over 1:1. The LA have not engaged at all - no witnesses submitted and zero progress on the working document. The court has ordered the LA to submit this by midday tomorrow. Can I ask for them to be struck out?

Yes, you can ask for the LA to be struck out particularly if they do not respond by the deadline tomorrow.

You should copy the LA in on your application for strike out.

Unfortunately, it can often takes a while for the Tribunal to consider your application, by which time you are likely to be up against the hearing next week. It's still worth doing, however, as the Tribunal will be made aware of the situation.

yes, if the LA have not engaged at all during the appeal process, then you could request that they are struck out, particularly if they do not respond by the deadline imposed tomorrow.
