    Simple

    Yes, however an application will need to be made to rely on the late evidence. See HJ v Brent [2010] UKUT 15 (AAC) #9-20: The FTT should have given reasons for its refusal to admit in evidence a video submitted at the hearing. The FTT needed to consider whether the evidence was relevant, whether it went to the issues in dispute, why it was submitted late and the overriding objective.
