    Yes. Some guidance was given in RB Kensington and Chelsea v CD [2015] UKUT 396 #35-37. Parties should communicate their intention to rely on expert evidence as soon as possible; the FTT should consider a joint expert; and in case management directions the FTT judge could helpfully identify precisely the issues which the experts are to address.
