  Yes. The LA must carry out a review every 12 months (known as an ‘annual review’): CFA2014 s44, Regs 2014 r18. Following this it may amend an EHCP: Regs 2014 r22. Where the LA decides to amend the EHCP, the proposed amendments must be notified to the parents within four weeks of the review meetings pursuant to Regs2014 r20(10): R (L) v Devon CC [2022] EWHC 493 (Admin) #61.
