Yes. The duty in s20 EqA2010 applies to the making of reasonable adjustment to a provision, criterion or practice (PCP) by schools.

    Glossary: EqA2010EqA2010 GuidancePCP.

Example: Take for example a school that has a uniform policy that states that pupils must wear grey polyester trousers from a particular manufacturer. The trousers exacerbate a disabled pupil’s severe eczema, so the school amends the policy to allow the pupil to wear cotton trousers of a similar style and colour. This would be a reasonable adjustment to a provision, criterion or practice (PCP).
