We were advised that our online school was EOTAS and left section I blank, we have a personal budget for school. Was this wrong?
We have had our EHCP for a year and are in the process of annual review. Might it be wise to add the virtual school to section I now?

Yes, the virtual education provider should be named in Section I.
This is consistent with the guidance provided in the Noddy Guide, with which I concur:
09.0454 Can a virtual education provider be a “school”?
09.0455 Should a virtual education provider be specified in Section I?
This assumes that your child is not also attending a traditional ‘bricks and mortar’ school.
I appreciate that the Noddy Guide may take a little time to become accustomed to, particularly if you are not already familiar with the terminology. However, I trust you understand its general purpose and application.
